Due to the custom nature of these products we do not accept returns. However if there is shipping damage or there are otherwise defects please contact us to discuss next steps. All packages are insured, however MJV Technology LLC reserves the right to retain up to 25% of the purchase price for time and materials consumed.
MJV Technology LLC will reach out to the customer within 24 hours of receiving their order to receive the image which you would like to have engraved. MJV Technology LLC reserves the right to reproduce the image via pictures of the final product for purposes of marketing only. MJV Technology LLC will not allow others to purchase your image without prior express permission. If MJV Technology LLC does not receive a the photo to be engraved within 14 calendar days, the order will be cancelled.
